Colors

This magazine was almost a must read(or at least check it out) while I was attending University. Together with the polemic ads produced by Oliviero Toscani for the Italian label “United Colors of Benetton” we used to spend some time analyzing them…all those provocative sometimes censured photographs of Toscani…The years went by and my interest for ads passed through some ups and downs…. Now, researching for my Thesis I`ve just remembered! Toscani used to use only photographs in Benetton´s campaigns! Google…after some clicks…Colors. The magazine. Online Projects that are simply amazing! Each topic a new hot-site. Definitely inspiring as I my intention is to talk about mass media and society. I have to admit, I do like a good ad!! Here just one from Coke which I bumped into totally accidentally, but I liked it… Coke or Coca-Cola is for me one of those companies that make amazing campaigns! I don´t drink Coke but I love the ads! Specially the ones for TV with good jingles. Does anyone doubt the power of consumerism industry?? ;-)
